A local non-governmental, non-religious, non-political, and non-profit organization called Strive Foundation Rwanda (SFR) was established in 2003 with the intention of advancing the social and economic welfare of the most vulnerable populations.

In essence, SFR wants to gauge the success of its beneficiaries through increased awareness, better living conditions, or other standards that are mutually agreed upon by the organization and the Rwandan government.

Children from isolated areas of the Nyamasheke and Rusizi districts of the Western Province, whose parents have either passed away or have abandoned them, smile today as they get assistance from Strive Foundation Rwanda (SFR) in collaboration with Human Help Network.

Thanks to various assistance programs provided by Strive Foundation Rwanda, at least 139 families with 500 children from 11 sectors of the Rusizi and Nyamasheke Districts are able to survive.

The offers to some of the most vulnerable people include food items, school fees, and housing. To help them with their livelihoods, others received cows.
