Sheebah Karungi, a Ugandan A-list female artist, dancer, business magnate, and feminist activist, has announced the launch of her own music company named “KARMA MUSIC.”

In a one-minute and five-second video posted on her various social media sites, the singer shared the happy news with her millions of fans and the rest of the globe.

“It’s about that time when I start mentoring my own artists!” Yasss! Your monarch now has her own record label! WHAAT!! I can’t say much right now because I’m on my way to a press conference, so stay tuned!!!!” She cheerfully captioned the video.

The 33-year-old singer seemed to be on cloud nine in the video, so confident and happy of her accomplishments from the early stages of her career.

The “Nakyuka” hit maker thanks fans for standing with her and supporting her for over 12 years she’s been in music, but now she wants to support other musicians through her new music label and takes pride in being the first female musician to ever own her music label in Uganda.

“Hello, my lovers, Sheebahholics, Ugandans, East Africans, and Africans in general.” Thank you very much for your help. I’ve been in the company for almost 12 years, and here I am! I’ve grown!! Thank you for your help. But now I want to help the industry as well. In a unique way. “I am going to be the first female, the first queen to own a music record label,” she excitedly said.

She started reminiscing about how people didn’t believe in her for doing things like dancing, karaoke, and music, but she held her head up and worked hard, and now she’s here.
